Our Kids conducts staff development/in-service training, seminars, and workshops for foster care agencies, daycare centers, schools, educators, psychologists, nurses, and other service providers. In-service training is designed to meet the specialized training needs of individual organizations.

Case Workers - improve preparation of case notes, case presentation technique.
Teachers, Counselors, Church Workers - improve communication and conflict resolution skills with kids, families, clients, peers, administrators.
